Steps to make 蓝莓果酱小饼干

  • 1.黄油室温下软化以后打蛋器打至顺滑体积变大。建议大家将黄油提前2小时拿出解冻备用,让黄油室温下自然解冻后在打发!
  • 2. 加入细砂糖和糖粉。
  • 3. 继续搅打至稍微蓬松。
  • 4.分三次加入鸡蛋液。
  • 5. 加入鸡蛋液后继续搅打至顺滑蓬松。
  • 6.然后筛入低筋面粉。
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀轻轻翻拌至没有干面粉。不要过度搅拌以免面粉起筋。
  • 8.搅拌好的面团分别团成小球状,然后用手指压一个坑,将蓝莓果酱装在裱花袋里,挤在饼干上。烤箱中层170度烤12分钟。各家烤箱功率大小不一,时间和温度仅供参考。
