水煮,川菜的一种烹饪方式。水煮鱼,水煮虾,水煮鱼片,麻辣鲜香,勾人十足。一般用黑鱼来做水煮鱼,但是上次吃烧烤还剩下了一条龙利鱼,就试着用龙利鱼煮了一次,家里人都说不错(*๓´╰╯`๓)♡

Steps to make 水煮龙利鱼片

  • 1.提前一晚腌制好鱼片,加入盐,姜片,料酒,生粉腌制一晚。
  • 2.准备好所有食材,地方有限,不能全部列出。
  • 3.热锅冷油,加入蒜末姜末爆香,加入两勺郫县豆瓣酱爆出红油。
  • 4.加入适量的水煮开。
  • 5.加入香菇,木耳,粉条煮至粉条断生。
  • 6.粉条断生后加入豆芽煮开。
  • 7.将所有配菜挑出放入盆中。
  • 8.一片一片加入腌制好的鱼片煮两分钟。
  • 9.将鱼片和剩下的汤倒入盆中。
  • 10.撒上葱花。
  • 11.锅中倒油,加入小米椒,干辣椒段,藤椒爆香。
