Steps to make 花样寿司

  • 1.米与水以1:1.5的比例侵泡半小时煮熟凉凉备用
  • 2.寿司醋:锅中加入白醋300ml,白砂糖3茶匙,盐1茶匙,裙带适量小火煮至全部溶解后凉凉备用
  • 3.将1/2黄瓜切薄片,1/4黄瓜、牛油果切条,蟹肉棒撕成丝后备用
  • 4.三文鱼料:再取1/4黄瓜、新鲜三文鱼切小丁后拌入1茶匙色拉酱调匀备用
  • 5.取凉凉的寿司醋拌入米饭后调匀备用
  • 6.牛油果鱼子寿司:寿司帘上铺上保鲜膜后将1/2张海苔片靠上放好
  • 7.将米饭均匀的铺在海苔上后铺匀鱼子酱
  • 8.将寿司帘对折使海苔面朝上
  • 9.在海苔上铺上黄瓜条、牛油果条和蟹肉棒
  • 10.卷紧寿司帘后去除保鲜膜即可
  • 11.金枪鱼黄瓜寿司:重复步骤6-8(此处只需在海苔上铺上米饭即可)
  • 12.在海苔上铺上少量沙拉酱
  • 13.后铺上金枪鱼、鱼子酱
  • 14.卷起后在保鲜膜上方依次排好黄瓜薄片可
  • 15.后在将寿司帘卷紧去除保鲜膜后切好即可
  • 16.取适量米饭捏成椭圆形
  • 17.将米团外包裹海苔片后略微压实一下
  • 18.取卷好的海苔卷上分别扑入三文鱼料和海菜即
