豆角焖面

Steps to make 豆角焖面

  • 1.五花肉洗净切片备用(葱姜切丝备用,这个图忘记拍了)
  • 2.豆角去两头以及两侧的丝一分为二洗净备用
  • 3.锅中加少许油润锅,加入五花肉煸炒
  • 4.五花肉煸炒出多余的油脂后加入葱姜和干辣椒翻炒片刻
  • 5.放入豆角翻炒
  • 6.加少许老抽上色
  • 7.加适量清水,水量以没过豆角为宜
  • 8.把切面均匀的铺在菜上,大火烧开转中小火至面熟,加少许盐调味即可
