焦糖葡萄干蛋糕

  • 低筋面粉70克
  • 转化糖浆30克
  • 无盐黄油70克
  • 细砂糖10克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 奶粉2大勺
  • 泡打粉二分之一小勺
  • 转化糖浆35克
  • 葡萄干30克

Steps to make 焦糖葡萄干蛋糕

  • 1.称量好所有的材料。
  • 2.黄油软化后,加入细砂糖。
  • 3.搅打至砂糖融化。
  • 4.分3次加入30克转化糖浆。
  • 5.每加一次都要搅匀。
  • 6.分2次加入打散的鸡蛋液。
  • 7.每加入一次都要用打蛋器快速搅匀。
  • 8.将奶粉、低筋面粉、泡打粉混匀后一起过筛。
  • 9.加入奶油糊中。
  • 10.用橡皮刮刀以不规则的搅打方式打成均匀的面糊。
  • 11.面糊搅好备用。
  • 12.35克转化糖浆用小火稍微加热,倒入洗净的葡萄干。
  • 13.趁热搅拌均匀,使每一粒葡萄干充分包裹糖浆,做成焦糖葡萄干。
  • 14.将面糊用勺子或者装入裱花袋的方式,装入纸模,7分满即可。
  • 15.在面糊表面撒上焦糖葡萄干。
  • 16.烤箱180度预热,中层,烤25分钟左右,表面上色即可。
  • 17.成品图。
