Steps to make 水信玄饼

  • 1.取5、6朵樱花放水里漂洗三四遍去咸味然后放水里继续泡开
  • 2.取这种最简单的白凉粉即可(也可以是果冻粉)
  • 3.取两小碗清水倒入大碗里加入白凉粉粉末搅开,无块状颗粒就好了
  • 4.往锅里加入4小碗水烧开,加入上面的凉粉糊继续烧开,然后取一小碗锅里的糊出来,加入一勺白砂糖,量视你口味决定,这步忘拍了~
  • 5.把模具里面均匀的用白油涂一遍,方便最后的脱模,倒入小碗里的凉粉糊待凉
  • 6.轻轻摇晃一下,凝固后加入泡好的樱花
  • 7.盖上另一半模具,凉粉糊通过小漏斗倒入另一个半圆,轻轻挤压一下半球排除空气,盖上盖子
  • 8.脱模,晶莹剔透
  • 9.泡开后的樱花是不是特别的美~
  • 10.装入布丁杯里也是很赞的~
