  • 低筋面粉45g

  • 可可粉15g

Steps to make 巧克力蛋糕

  • 1.所有材料备好,巧克力可以用刀切碎,便于后期操作。
  • 2.把巧克力碎倒入牛奶中。
  • 3.用隔水加热的方法,把巧克力融化,使巧克力和牛奶融合,放到一边晾凉备用。
  • 4.鸡蛋加入砂糖打散,用打蛋器搅打。
  • 5.一直搅打,打发全蛋。打到提起打蛋器,滴落的蛋液不会马上消失的状态,就打好了。
  • 6.低粉和可可粉混合过筛,先放一半到蛋液中混合。用翻拌的手法,快速混合。
  • 7.在筛入另一半粉类,快速混合。
  • 8.把凉好的巧克力液倒入蛋糊中。
  • 9.还是用翻拌的手法快速混合均匀。
  • 10.倒入模具,震出大气泡。我用的是18厘米x18厘米的方磨具。
  • 11.烤箱提前175度预热,放入烤盘,烘烤25分钟左右,
