  • 1.鸡腿4个,约500克
  • 2.鸡腿切块,放水中浸泡洗去血水
  • 3.300克面粉加3克盐加165克水活成团
  • 4.均等的分割成自己需要的小面团
  • 5.青红辣椒切段,葱切段,姜蒜切片
  • 6.锅内放油,爆香花椒大茴和浸泡过的干辣椒段
  • 7.放入鸡块煸炒
  • 8.放入姜片和葱段,烹入料酒,煸炒至水分将干
  • 9.放入生抽,老抽,蚝油,适量水
  • 10.放入浸泡好的木耳,盖上锅盖炖5分钟入味,放入适量盐
  • 11.把小面团放入水中浸泡5到10分钟
  • 12.取面团,用手扯成面片放入锅中,
  • 13.放上青红椒,蒜片,剩下的葱,小火再焖5分钟即可
  • 14.先将面片放入地锅中,再翻匀鸡块和辣椒,盛入锅中,放香菜装饰即可
