醉蟹
在吃蟹的季节,我们家的餐桌上隔三差五的就上蟹,除了喜欢还是喜欢呢。不过一次不能多吃的,加些姜末一起暖胃,美味的同时也是注重饮食健康。上过很多种蟹的吃法了,今天再上一种少见的,很多人怕吃因为是生鲜,但好这口的吃客,对醉蟹可是痴迷的很,像我们家都是随手当零食的呢。做法很简单,拿来分享。

Steps to make 醉蟹

  • 1.1、将蟹洗刷干净,沥尽水;
  • 2.2、将其他调料全部放在一个玻璃大碗里面,调匀,将蟹放入;
  • 3.3、酒基本将蟹浸没即可(我后来又加了些),密封后冷藏;
  • 4.4、过3-4天,即可取出食用。
