巧克力千层可丽饼
法式巧克力千层可丽饼蛋糕做法---不用烤箱就能做出来的法式甜品,劲道的可丽饼,香浓的马斯卡邦尼奶酪和奶油,酸甜的水果以及浓醇可可粉在舌尖上一起爆发的口感哦~

Details of ingredients

  • 面粉190g
  • 可可粉60g
  • 砂糖75g(奶油酱用)
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 牛奶600ml
  • 奶油300ml
  • 马斯卡邦尼奶酪150g
  • 草莓适量(,树莓等水果)
  • 可可粉15g(用于撒在顶部的)

Steps to make 巧克力千层可丽饼

  • 1.先把鸡蛋打好后倒入牛奶,搅拌均匀
  • 2.把过筛面粉和可可粉分次加进去,每次倒入一点搅拌均匀后继续加入剩下的部分, 这样做出来的面糊里才不会出现小小颗粒~
  • 3.倒入砂糖,搅拌均匀
  • 4.开微火,纸巾上放少许黄油涂在锅里,把一大勺面糊倒入锅里,转一下让面糊均匀分布在锅面上。如果火过于大的话饼里会出现很多泡泡,所以火一定不能太大一面烤好以后反过来继续烤另一面。这样重复做出大概13-15个左右颗丽饼,做好后最好是密封好放进冰箱冷藏20分钟以上直到可丽饼完全变凉为止。
  • 5.利用这个时间打发奶油首先倒入奶油和砂糖,开始打发奶油打发好以后放入马斯卡邦尼奶酪搅拌一两分钟直到搅拌均匀为止。
  • 6.现在开始就把可丽饼一张一张拼起来哦~放一张可丽饼,涂一层奶油酱,这样重复十次多久可以~注意这时候可丽饼一定是完全凉的状态,要不然放上去的奶油酱都会马上化起来。
  • 7.最后那一层可丽饼上多涂一些奶油酱以后,撒少许可可粉,再加上草莓树莓等水果就完成拉~做好的可丽饼千层呢一定要放进冰箱冷藏2个小时以上让饼和奶油酱都好好凝固在一起再食用哦~
