Steps to make 芝士烤虾

  • 1.虾洗净,修剪虾腿 腹足
  • 2.背部用刀剖开,不切断,取出虾线
  • 3.将处理好的虾用姜,料酒,盐腌制半小时
  • 4.青椒,蒜瓣,胡萝卜,洋葱分别切末
  • 5.将蔬菜碎末用盐腌制5分钟
  • 6.芝士切碎丝
  • 7.每个虾背部塞蔬菜碎末,最后撒点芝士丝
  • 8.虾码在烤盘,稍稍刷一层油
  • 9.中上层180度15分钟即可
