维尼熊咖喱海鲜饭
家里常备一盒好侍百梦多咖喱真的很方便,不知道吃什么的时候问孩子一准选择咖喱饭,省时省事味道确很不错。而且可以根据自己的喜欢搭配各种食材,这次做了萌萌哒维尼熊咖喱海鲜饭,加入了虾仁、笔管、红极参这样一碗营养丰富,简单快捷。

  • 笔管2个
  • 米饭1碗
  • 海苔少许
  • 咖喱1小块
  • 少许
  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 几片
  • 白胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 维尼熊咖喱海鲜饭

  • 1.大虾5个去除虾线去壳剥成虾仁,切小段加入少许料酒和白胡椒粉、一点点盐腌制15分钟。
  • 2.笔管2个去除内脏和头部不能食用部分,切成小块。红极参提前化冻切成小块。
  • 3.1/3个胡萝卜切成小块。
  • 4.1个土豆切成小块。
  • 5.炒锅烧热加入适量植物油,下入姜片爆香。
  • 6.下入胡萝卜和土豆煸炒几下,下入1汤匙生抽和1汤匙料酒煸炒均匀。
  • 7.加入适量热水大火烧开后转中火煮一会。
  • 8.待土豆刚刚熟放入腌制过的虾仁。
  • 9.煮锅烧热水将笔管焯水,打卷后马上捞出
  • 10.煮至虾仁变色后下入咖喱块,小火煮至咖喱融化,可以尝一尝根据自己口味少加一点点盐。
  • 11.然后下入红极参和焯过水的笔管翻炒均匀,煮至汤汁粘稠关火。
  • 12.事先煮一些玉米小碴子和大米的米饭。
  • 13.先用保鲜膜团出维尼熊的头部、耳朵和身体、胳膊。
  • 14.然后用海苔做出五官。
  • 15.将煮好的咖喱海鲜盛入碗中,维尼熊的耳朵我用牙签固定了一下,将维尼熊放在上面即可。
