这是一道纯素蒸菜,用做蒜蓉蒸海鲜的方法来蒸,做好的丝瓜鲜嫩入味,粉丝丝滑,再搭配上蒜末的香味,虽说是一道素菜,但吃着感觉比海鲜还要香。

  • 红辣椒几个

  • 生抽2勺
  • 白糖1勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 半勺

Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝蒸丝瓜

  • 1.提前把粉丝用热水泡软。
  • 2.把蒜切末,红辣椒切碎,如图。
  • 3.锅中倒入少许食用油,油热后把提前切好的蒜末、红辣椒放入锅中炒出香味,往锅中依次放入2勺生抽、1勺白糖、1勺蚝油、半勺盐煸炒均匀,然后关火。
  • 4.把丝瓜去皮后斜刀切成厚片,如图。
  • 5.选一个大一点的盘子,把丝瓜摆在盘中,然后在上面放一些粉丝,最后把剩下的粉丝放到在盘子中间,如图。
  • 6.把刚才炒好的蒜蓉连汤汁一起浇在粉丝上,如图。
  • 7.将整盘菜放到蒸箱或者蒸锅中,蒸锅要开水上锅,蒸12分钟即可。
  • 8.蒸好后取出,淋上一些热油,然后撒上一些香葱末即可上桌。
