  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.白糖倒入锅中,中小火加热。
  • 3.糖开始慢慢融化。
  • 4.糖完全融化,成焦糖色。
  • 5.关小火,倒入米花和果仁搅拌。
  • 6.让米花均匀裹上糖浆。
  • 7.模具铺上一层硅油纸,倒入拌匀的米花,用铲子按压整理成型。
  • 8.倒扣在案板上,趁热切成块。
  • 9.我加的糖还是有点少了,切的时候碎了很多,但是我觉得已经够甜了,很好吃了,追求品相的还是在把糖加量吧。
  • 10.香甜酥脆的米花糖。
  • 11.放凉打包起来,慢慢吃。
