河南的焖子主要用红薯粉条做成,口感更松软筋道,将粉条碎混合肉末熬煮,最后蒸制而成的“胶状”食材,外形虽上不了“台面”,但却是家喻户晓的一道“名吃”,是百姓家里解馋的一道硬菜,给肉都不换哦。

  • 1.准备焖子一块,葱姜蒜适量,辣椒,芹菜,木耳提前泡发。
  • 2.芹菜红辣椒改刀切段,葱姜蒜切碎,焖子切厚片。
  • 3.锅中放适量的油,油温7成热下入焖子炸一下,这样炒的时候不会碎。
  • 4.炸好以后捞出来备用(注意炸的时候一片一片放,防止粘连)。
  • 5.另起锅放底油,葱姜蒜炸香。
  • 6.加木耳,辣椒,芹菜翻炒断生,加盐,白胡椒粉调味。
  • 7.倒入焖子,加少量水。
  • 8.加原酿生抽2勺。
  • 9.翻炒片刻,出锅前加一丁点糖,关火。
  • 10.一道具有河南特色的炒焖子制作完成。
  • 11.味道鲜香,口感劲道有嚼劲。
