玫瑰腊肉滇式月饼
云腿月饼好像再无花样可以翻新,
不如借其形式换成腊肉试一试,
仅仅是火腿换成了腊肉而已,其他无改,也只能叫个滇式月饼,
腊肉浓香,满眼皆肉,搭配玫瑰酱,似也不错。。。。

  • 玫瑰酱(取花瓣)50克
  • 熟糯米粉20克
  • 煮熟的腊肉130克
  • 白糖100克
  • 蜂蜜15克
  • 面粉276克
  • 泡打粉3.5克
  • 小苏打1克
  • 白糖23克
  • 1克
  • 鸡蛋55克
  • 55克
  • 花生油80克
  • 蜂蜜37克

Steps to make 玫瑰腊肉滇式月饼

  • 1.馅料:玫瑰酱(取花瓣)50克,熟糯米粉20克,煮熟的腊肉130克,白糖100克,蜂蜜15克。
  • 2.腊肉去皮,切成碎丁。
  • 3.加入熟面粉,白糖,混合均匀。
  • 4.加入玫瑰酱,蜂蜜。
  • 5.拌匀,备用。
  • 6.饼皮:面粉276克,泡打粉3.5克,小苏打1克,白糖23克,盐1克,鸡蛋55克,水55克,花生油80克,蜂蜜37克。
  • 7.鸡蛋,蜂蜜,白糖,盐,油,水倒入大碗,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.将面粉,泡打粉,小苏打混合筛入糖油液中。
  • 9.拌和成柔软面团,盖上保鲜膜,松弛半小时。
  • 10.将面团和馅料分别分割成16份。
  • 11.取一块面剂按扁,放入馅料。
  • 12.包起来。
  • 13.收口向下放置,略微按扁。
  • 14.摆入烤盘,放入预热200度的烤箱,中层,烤约25分钟左右。
  • 15.表面金黄出炉。
