包出来的美味——傣味包烧
今天又来上云南特色傣味了,上次提到云南香草,这次上的就是用香草烤出来的傣味包烧系列,所有的作料和主菜拌在一起,再用芭蕉叶包裹住烤上20分钟,满屋子的芭蕉叶香,打开芭蕉叶尝一口,真的很开胃。

    Steps to make 包出来的美味——傣味包烧

    • 1.原材料:金针菇,猪里脊,白豆腐,薄荷,大芫荽,葱白,姜,蒜,小米辣(忘记拍了)。
    • 2.将葱白,姜,蒜,薄荷叶,大芫荽,小米辣剁碎。
    • 3.把以上材料混合拌入油,盐和鸡精。
    • 4.在作料中拌入主菜,如金针菇,白豆腐和猪里脊,将芭蕉叶平铺,放上金针菇。
    • 5.将芭蕉叶想叠被子一样叠起来,用芭蕉叶的边捆住,放入烤盘,下面垫上锡纸,烤箱中层烤20分钟。
    • 6.包烧金针菇搞定。
    • 7.还可将白豆腐捣碎,拌入作料就可以做成包烧豆腐。
    • 8.如果要包肉的话,可将猪里脊先放点葱姜和生抽及料酒腌制一会儿。
    • 9.烤出来就是包烧猪里脊。
