    Steps to make 荠菜滋卷

    • 1.取适量面粉,一般用开水拌成絮状,一般用凉水依次拌成絮状,揉匀醒一会儿。
    • 2.荠菜洗净控水。
    • 3.四个鸡蛋打散炒好后备用。
    • 4.荠菜和紫甘蓝切碎备用。
    • 5.粉条烫软后剁碎,放入鸡蛋碎,五香粉,姜粉用热油淋入。
    • 6.加盐搅拌均匀即可。
    • 7.醒好的面擀开。
    • 8.铺入荠菜馅摊匀,从中间向外卷好后改刀切大段。
    • 9.锅中入水煮沸,将滋卷放入笼上气后蒸十五分钟即可。
    • 10.大蒜捣成泥,放入辣椒粉用热油淋入鸡激出香味儿,加醋,酱油,盐搅拌均匀。
    • 11.滋卷熟后晾一晾改刀装盘。
