红烧回锅肉
本来是要把肉焯下水,做成大块的卤肉。煮上肉我就出门了,直接忘了肉在焯水。等我嘚瑟了快一个小时回来,肉都煮熟了。好在我放的清水没过肉块,如果水放少了,估计都能把家烧了。
后怕!
本来可以做扣肉的,只是没有配菜,就直接红烧了,再烤个馍,熬个粥,美美的一餐就齐活了。
