心形土豆饼
土豆是很受大家欢迎的大众菜,凉拌,醋溜,红烧醬焖,吃法多多,这次换换吃法,变个花样做成土豆饼,蘸着酸甜的蕃茄酱吃,很是美味。
亨氏番茄酱精选非转基因优质红熟番茄,不添加防腐剂,不添加增稠剂,不添加合成香精与色素。红熟番茄中含天然番茄红素,胡萝卜素和维生素C等多种营养成分。每包320g亨氏番茄酱中含25毫克番茄红素。

Steps to make 心形土豆饼

  • 1.土豆去皮切片,过清水洗去淀粉,沥干水分。
  • 2.上蒸笼大火蒸约10分钟至熟透。
  • 3.取出用勺背碾成土豆泥,加适量玉米淀粉,约为土豆泥的1/2,再加入少量盐和面粉,揉成面团。
  • 4.面板上撒上面粉,把土豆泥团擀成约半厘米厚的片。
  • 5.用模具切割出心形。给心形饼轻轻拍一层面粉,再把多余的面粉抖掉。
  • 6.小锅里放油,油热至6、7成时放入土豆饼,炸至表面稍黄即可。
  • 7.出锅沥油,趁热蘸食番茄酱食用。
