Steps to make 糖醋鳝鱼

  • 1.黄鳝杀洗干净沥干
  • 2.剪成小段加姜葱、盐、料酒、鸡精腌制十分钟入味
  • 3.鸡蛋打散慢慢加入适量面粉拌匀
  • 4.将腌制过的黄鳝沥下水,再放入面浆里浸一下
  • 5.再放入面包糠滚上一层
  • 6.锅里油烧至五六成热,放入处理好的鳝鱼小火炸至微黄捞起
  • 7.再复炸一次捞出装盘
  • 8.锅里加水、料酒、白糖、香醋、老抽、水淀粉兑成糖醋汁
  • 9.浇在鳝鱼上面即成!
