万圣节脑子蛋糕
万圣节吓人专用!不用翻糖膏,也能做脑子蛋糕哦,用的冰皮月饼的配方,效果一样好。水灵灵血淋淋的,难以下咽,鸡皮疙瘩都出来了吧,哈哈,要的就是这个效果!

  • 糯米粉65g
  • 粘米粉35g
  • 澄面20g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 牛奶180g

Steps to make 万圣节脑子蛋糕

  • 1.蛋糕胚原料,参看上一个菜谱《蛋糕版甜甜圈》,所以省略面糊混合步骤。(亲也可以自己准备一只结实一点的其它蛋糕胚)。
  • 2.脑子蛋糕胚:将(蛋糕甜甜圈配方)面糊内加入红曲粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.找一只半球形的碗或模具,倒入面糊。
  • 4.烤箱预热,170度25分钟左右。(根据自己烤箱调整)。
  • 5.小心取出蛋糕胚,刷去碎屑,备用。
  • 6.脑子外部材料,同冰皮月饼,具体做法如下。
  • 7.65g糯米粉、35g粘米粉、20g澄粉、30g糖、180g牛奶等混合。
  • 8.大火蒸15分钟。
  • 9.蒸好的糯米团,加适量橄榄油揉匀。
  • 10.微波炉叮熟干糯米粉,揉糯米团时防粘手。
  • 11.糯米团加红色色素,不用揉得太均匀,这样,颜色做出来自然一点。
  • 12.蛋糕胚中间切一条脑沟,区分左右大脑,糯米团搓成细长条,盘在蛋糕胚上。
  • 13.糯米条,可间隔用意大利面,在转弯处插入固定。
  • 14.抹点水或涂点红色果酱,脑子更逼真,万圣节吓人专用,哈哈,味道也不错哦,同冰皮月饼,尝一点吧。
  • 15.僵尸吃脑子,哈哈。
