其实一开始烘焙,我真的只是为了我的孩子能吃到放心的蛋糕零食,只是没想到,因为烘焙,我的同事们盆友们邻居们突然就都很爱我,而我也更加受欢迎了,所以这阵子我是天天上午带妞上班,下午杯子杯子的,都不知道时间居然这么快,我这期居然拖后腿了,真的太不好意思了…没时间了,又失败了个蝴蝶酥,做的蛋挞,也不是很满意,可是时间又来不及了,只好下期再努力了…
最最没想到的是,烘焙不仅给我带来了高人气,还给我带来了不错的业务,这样下去我是不是能赚好多钱啦?阿哈哈哈哈哈…为了我的高业绩,我在烘焙这个坑更乐此不疲了…我是财迷嘛…^_^

  • 油皮猪油45克
  • 油皮水75克
  • 油皮糖15克
  • 油酥面粉115克
  • 油酥猪油52克
  • 淡奶油120克
  • 牛奶120克
  • 白糖100克
  • 鸡蛋黄4个

Steps to make 酥皮蛋挞

  • 1.准备油皮和油酥
  • 2.将油皮擀开
  • 3.油酥在油皮上擀开
  • 4.然后卷起来,再次擀开,卷起来,这个动作重复三次以上
  • 5.切小块
  • 6.用拇指按压在锡纸上
  • 7.准备牛奶小火煮开关掉
  • 8.准备蛋黄,打散
  • 9.加入糖,淡奶油混合均匀,沿边缘倒入温热的牛奶中,混合均匀
  • 10.在倒入挞皮中
  • 11.烤箱预热200℃,20分钟左右(这个要看个人的烤箱,我的是ACA的)
