Steps to make 柠香玛德琳

  • 1.柠檬用盐搓去表面蜡质洗净,用柠檬刀刮出半个柠檬皮。
  • 2.切成屑,与糖拌匀放置1小时
  • 3.容器里加入鸡蛋,再加入糖与柠檬皮的混合物拌匀。
  • 4.加入几滴香草精。
  • 5.筛入低粉与泡打粉的混合物。
  • 6.拌匀后加入隔水熔化的热黄油。
  • 7.再拌匀,放冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 8.冷藏好的面糊室温下稍微回温,装入裱花袋,挤入涂过油的模具中九分满。
  • 9.烤箱预热,190度烘焙约15分钟,趁热脱模冷却即可。
