鸵鸟蛋羹
这是一份鸵鸟蛋羹,价值不菲,一枚鸵鸟蛋在我们这边的养殖场购买要200元,重量在3斤左右。之所以要花这样的高价买鸵鸟蛋,不是想尝鲜,而是因为家里有老人生病,需要食补提高免疫力,之前还真没见过鸵鸟蛋,想不到鸵鸟蛋居然这么大,一次根本吃不完,还好鸵鸟蛋打开一个小孔,还能在冰箱保存3-5天,可以多给老人吃几天,但是最后就变成全家人的美餐啦。

Steps to make 鸵鸟蛋羹

  • 1.鸵鸟蛋与鸡蛋的比较,鸵鸟蛋通常在顶部打开一个小圆孔,没有专业的工具,就是用扁口的改锥和小锤子轻轻敲打出来的开口,注意不要碰破里边这层膜,防止蛋壳碎渣掉入蛋液中,一定要保持蛋壳的完整,这样艺术家就可将这个蛋壳变成工艺品了。用刀子剥开那层膜,然后用筷子在蛋液里边搅拌均匀,再往外倒蛋液。
  • 2.取蛋液:鸵鸟蛋在顶部打开一个小缺口,用筷子在蛋液里边搅拌均匀,然后根据需要倒出蛋液,我每次就蒸这样的汤勺3勺蛋液。
  • 3.另烧一壶开水,用相同的汤勺再兑上3勺开水搅拌均匀,这也是摸索出来的经验,第一次按照鸡蛋的比例做蛋羹,不太成形,口感很差,这个比例很合适,口感特别好。
  • 4.加入盐、五香粉(给老人做不加)、葱花、豆油搅拌均匀,没有豆油的换成其它什么油都可以。
  • 5.上屉蒸8-10分钟。
  • 6.蒸好的鸵鸟蛋羹,看着就有食欲吧。
  • 7.出锅。
