Steps to make 家常烧豆腐

  • 1.准备料头。
  • 2.开水中加入少许盐,放入豆腐泡一会,能更增加豆腐的韧性。
  • 3.泡好的豆腐切小块备用。
  • 4.淀粉放少许水调成水淀粉,生抽,老抽,蚝油,盐加适量清水调成碗汁备用。
  • 5.炒锅倒入适量色拉油,放入葱花,蒜末和红辣椒翻炒出香味。
  • 6.放一勺郫县豆瓣酱炒出红油。
  • 7.把碗汁倒入锅中。
  • 8.下豆腐,煮开后改小火炖十几分钟。
  • 9.放入水淀粉勾芡。
  • 10.出锅撒上小葱花。
