  • 7.蛋白中加入白糖、盐和白醋。
  • 8.用电动打蛋器搅打至有小尖钩的状态。
  • 9.将三分之一的蛋黄糊倒入蛋白中,用手动打蛋器搅匀。
  • 10.再将蛋黄糊全部倒入蛋白中,翻拌均匀。
  • 11.烤箱提前预热,上火140度,下火140度,将面糊倒入学厨11寸不粘烤盘中,在桌面上摔几下,去除内部的气泡,并将表面抹平。放入烤箱,上下火140度烤20分钟,再上火150度,下火140度,烤15分钟,蛋糕表面稍微有点黄色,用牙签插一下,没有湿的面糊带出来即可出炉。
