  • 1/8 茶勺
  • 黑巧克力100克
  • 白巧克力100克

  • 1.烤箱176摄氏度预热, 黄油室温软化后打散, 加入红糖白糖拌匀
  • 2.再加入鸡蛋和香草精拌匀
  • 3.低筋面粉和可可粉一起过筛, 加入泡打粉和盐加拌均匀
  • 4.将3加入到2中, 用胶铲搅拌均匀
  • 5.切碎黑巧克力和白巧克力, 也可直接用处理好的巧克力豆
  • 6.将巧克力加入到面糊里, 用胶铲小心的搅拌至均匀
  • 7.随意的将面糊分部在烘焙盘上, 用两个勺子就可以, 只是注意每一份之间留出足够的空间. 入烤箱烘烤约8分钟后转移到架子上冷却, 做好的曲奇是边缘脆, 中间软的口感. 若想要更脆一点的口感, 可以适当的延长烘烤的时间
