【燕麦香蕉牛油果蛋糕】:用自制燕麦粉做蛋糕
最近很爱吃全麦类的粗粮蛋糕和面包,那种天然纯朴的香气,真的叫人欲罢不能。

家里的全麦粉什么的,消耗的相当神速!!
这次做蛋糕之前,就想着要在蛋糕糊里再加些粗粮,结果找了一圈,发现家里的全麦粉黑麦粉荞麦粉等等全部都没了。

本都打算全部用小麦粉算了,突然想到前段得的“维仕美全营养破壁料理机”。

都说它的功能很强大,那么用它来磨点粉,肯定只是个小case吧?

说做就做,即食燕麦片返给破壁机的搅拌杯,秒秒钟变燕麦粉啦~
另外,蛋糕体中我添加了香蕉和牛油果。香蕉和牛油果,一直是我觉得很搭的食物组合。我平时喜欢把它们和酸奶混合,放进破壁机里打成奶昔。那个口感,套句广告词,就是“此刻尽丝滑”~~

而把它们都放进蛋糕里,也是一个很好的选择。首先能利用食材本身的糖粉和油脂,从而减少蔗糖和外来油脂的摄入;其次,还可以利用食材的天然保湿共功能,增加成品蛋糕的湿润度和保湿性;此外,还可以利用它们来提升蛋糕的香气,可谓是一举数得呢!

整个蛋糕的口感和味道,超乎我想像的好吃!湿润柔软,香气扑鼻,颜色也很漂亮!

Details of ingredients

  • 低筋面粉80g
  • 燕麦粉20g
  • 香蕉80g
  • 牛油果35g
  • 鸡蛋一个(毛重55g左右)
  • 肉桂粉1/8小勺
  • 细砂糖55~70g
  • 一小撮
  • 无铝泡打粉3g
  • 黄油20g(或者等量的无味液体油)
  • 牛奶30g

Steps to make 【燕麦香蕉牛油果蛋糕】:用自制燕麦粉做蛋糕

  • 1.准备好全部材料;
  • 2.低筋面粉+盐+无铝泡打粉,混合均匀后,提前过筛2~3次,然后加入全麦粉,拌匀;
  • 3.鸡蛋打散,加入细砂糖,搅拌至砂糖基本融化,无需打发;
  • 4.加入牛奶,搅拌均匀;
  • 5. 加入融化成液体的黄油,搅拌均匀;
  • 6.加入捣碎的香蕉和牛油果碎,拌匀;
  • 7. 烤箱预热190度。加入粉类混合物,用不规则的手法拌匀;
  • 8.拌好的蛋糕糊,状态如图所示。提前刮刀,蛋糕糊会间断的滴下;
  • 9.将蛋糕糊倒入模具(如果不是不黏模具,要提前垫上烘焙用纸),抹平表面,撒上即食麦片装饰;
  • 10.送入烤箱,中层,上下火,180度,烘烤40分钟左右,至表面金黄上色,竹签插入再拔出,无无明显附着物。烘烤结束后,立即出炉,将模具从高处震一下,然后脱模,晾凉即可食用。
