Steps to make 煎牛排

  • 1.沙朗牛排常温解冻。
  • 2.洋葱、西兰花、胡萝卜洗干净
  • 3.洋葱切块,胡萝卜切成自己喜欢的形状 ,西兰花掰成小朵
  • 4.煮锅加水烧开,加少许盐、油,成淡油盐水,西兰花、胡萝卜入锅焯水后捞出沥干水
  • 5.铁锅烧热,牛排入锅煎。锅温要高,锁住牛排水分,以保证牛排鲜嫩多汁煎过一面,将牛排翻身,煎另一面。煎好后盛出
  • 6.锅中加黄油熬融化
  • 7.牛排入锅煎,小火煎
  • 8.煎好一面再煎另一面
  • 9.煎至自己喜欢的成熟度,盛出装盘。洋葱放在牛排下面,再配上提前焯好的西兰花、胡萝卜,淋上黑胡椒酱即可享用。
