草莓雪花酥
这两年都很流行雪花酥,看样子就觉得是牛轧饼和牛轧糖的结合版,今年过年前试着做了一些,以为混合那么多饼干会不好做,实际做了也不难,一学就能学会了!加了草莓干酸酸甜甜的很好吃,最后留了几块自己吃,全部打包送人了。

  • 全脂奶粉90克
  • 小奇福饼干300克
  • 混合坚果150克
  • 蔓越莓干90克
  • 冻干草莓100克
  • 黄油80克

Steps to make 草莓雪花酥

  • 1.称量好需要的材料,坚果和蔓越莓干放烤箱100度保温。
  • 2.把黄油切片用不粘锅小火加热至融化,黄油融化后倒入棉花糖,一边加热一边用刮刀翻拌。
  • 3.待棉花糖融化后,加入奶粉,用刮刀搅拌混合。
  • 4.奶粉和棉花糖充分混合后关火,加入坚果和蔓越莓干,混合均匀。
  • 5.然后加入草莓干和饼干。
  • 6.用刮刀混合均匀后取出用手反复从中间掰开往下折叠,至饼干混合均匀棉花糖拉丝。
  • 7.烤盘上撒点奶粉,把混合物放在烤盘上,借助刮板和擀面杖整形。
  • 8.最后把混合物两面都筛上奶粉,按压下。
  • 9.冷却后用锯齿刀切成小方块食用。
