前些日子,米爸爸出差,米跟米妈住姨妈家了,好几天没有回家,偶尔发现香菜风干后香味儿还很好,于是动手做了香菜粉,感觉还不错,拿来分享一下。
香菜粉弄好后又想要不再风干点菠菜,打碎了当色素用?这个待试验,等着吧,慢慢弄

    Steps to make 自制香菜粉

    • 1.新鲜的香菜。
    • 2.去根去老叶。
    • 3.将香菜洗干净后凉去水份。
    • 4.我用的自然风干,淋去水份后直接放在暖气屋子里了,如果急用,可以用烤箱低温烘数小时。
    • 5.将风干的香菜放进料理机,
    • 6.打成粉末,装瓶保存就可以了。
