    Steps to make 紫菜包饭

    • 1.蒸熟的米饭用少许香油和盐拌匀。米饭蒸之前先泡一下。
    • 2.黄瓜和火腿肠切长条。
    • 3.鸡蛋打散放入平底锅中煎成薄蛋皮
    • 4.切成长条
    • 5.蟹足棒蒸熟后剖开切成条。
    • 6.竹帘上放上专用紫菜,铺上一层米,不要铺的太满。(竹帘用保鲜袋包一下不容易沾米,方便以后的操作。)
    • 7.分别摆上火腿肠、黄瓜、蟹足棒、辣萝卜、鸡蛋丝。也可以根据个人口味加些肉松、金枪鱼、辣白菜和沙拉酱什么的。
    • 8.借助竹帘卷成圆柱形。
    • 9.剩下的米饭和配料依次做好。
    • 10.用刀沾点水切成合适的大小即可。
    • 11.很简单的紫菜包饭,闺女爱吃,而且我觉得这个搭配的还挺全面的。特别是出去玩的时候带上一盒很方便
