Steps to make 卤驴肉

  • 1.冰鲜驴腿肉,加盐泡半小时有效去冰过的气味。
  • 2.改刀切大块,放入电煮锅里加姜片,料酒焯水,捞出来清洗干净备用。
  • 3.卤汁一碗放入小锅里加适量的红烧酱油煮开。
  • 4.放入驴肉中火烧开,再调小火焖煮1小时。
  • 5.中途需翻动一下会更好均匀入味。
  • 6.卤好后不要马上取出来,让肉在卤汁中浸泡一两小时会更入味,而且放凉后再易改刀切片。
  • 7.成品,放凉后分别装入保鲜袋,入冰箱保存,想吃取出来切片装盘即可。
