冰糖煲鲜百合雪耳糖水
这天气总是让人喉咙感觉不适,前段时间咳嗽刚好一会现以又开始感觉不舒服了,妈妈也由于受别人传染感冒咳嗽,真郁闷。
光吃药总不是那么好,还是自己想办法弄些可调养的。好像找不到天津鸭梨,就买了几个叫冰糖梨的,水分挺多也挺甜的。另外据说梨最好是连皮一起吃,为了减少农药对人体的伤害本想把皮去掉,可妈妈说可以用盐水将梨浸泡一段时间,再用盐搓然后清水冲洗应该没问题的。于是,这梨我就把皮给留下了。

Steps to make 冰糖煲鲜百合雪耳糖水

  • 1.梨用盐水浸泡后用盐搓再用清水冲洗去核切成小块。
  • 2.雪耳、陈皮也用清水浸泡,陈皮切丝,雪耳去掉中间硬的部分,撕成小片。
  • 3.将雪耳、陈皮、梨放入锅里。
  • 4.注入适量清水。
  • 5.大火煮沸约二十分钟。
  • 6.加入冰糖继续大火煮至冰糖溶化。
  • 7.然后转至小火再煮约二十分钟。
  • 8.转大火煮沸将鲜百合倒入。
  • 9.只需煮片刻即可熄火。
