Steps to make 鲜菇瘦肉汤

  • 1.瘦肉切成小片,加点生粉、胡椒粉、花生油抓匀腌制十分钟。
  • 2.鲜香菇洗净去蒂,切成小块。
  • 3.大蒜拍扁、葱白切小段、姜切小片。
  • 4.鸡蛋一只入锅煎熟后铲成块,盛出备用。
  • 5.姜、蒜、葱白入锅小火炒香。
  • 6.下鲜香菇翻炒几下出香味。
  • 7.往锅内一次性加适量开水,放入鸡蛋,大火煮三四分钟至汤色变浓。
  • 8.最后下瘦肉片煮一下,调入盐和鸡精提味。
