Steps to make 东北菜之锅包肉

  • 1.猪里脊切片,别太小了,葱姜胡萝卜都切丝 。
  • 2.葱姜都切丝哦!
  • 3.把猪里脊片用盐,料酒,胡椒粉腌制一会,然后加入鸡蛋把肉片拌匀。
  • 4..把面粉放在一个碗里,把肉片在里面沾匀,一定要打开沾匀不要打褶!
  • 5.然后再用一个碗调一些面糊(如果喜欢吃面厚一点的就把面糊浓稠一点,相反可以稀一点就会面薄一点)在把沾好面粉的肉片放入面糊沾匀。
  • 6.同时在干净的锅内加入多一些的油烧热稍微大一点火,把沾好面糊的肉片放入油锅炸至微黄捞出。再把火调小把刚炸好的肉片在倒入锅中继续炸至金黄捞出。
  • 7.开始调汁:酱油 白糖、醋、味精、水淀粉(如爱吃酸甜口可加量,还可以加入番茄汁)
  • 8.锅留底油,投入姜丝、葱丝炸香,下入炸好的肉片,烹入滋汁,翻拌均匀后起锅装盘~
