  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.处理食材,鸡腿肉清洗干净滤干水分切成小丁,洋葱切小片,南瓜切小丁,香菇提前泡发后清洗干净切丝,生姜切片,香葱切碎末。
  • 3.把糙米清洗干净放入发入电饭煲中,加入饭煲内胆提示的水,略少一点,合上盖子,选择“发芽米”功能,煮发芽米饭全程需要4个小时,前3个小时是糙米发芽时间,所以自己掌握好时间。
  • 4.电饭煲开始工作。
  • 5.鸡肉加入料酒和胡椒粉腌制10分钟,加入蚝油和淀粉,生抽和老抽搅拌均匀待用。
  • 6.锅烧热加入橄榄油,放入生姜片炒至金黄捞出扔掉,把洋葱和香菇倒入锅内翻炒出香味后倒入鸡肉翻炒至鸡肉变色,加入南瓜丁倒入适量水煮开后转中小火慢煮至南瓜熟后收汁装盘。
  • 7.待电饭煲经过3个半小时,打开饭煲盖子,这时已经能看到金黄的发芽米饭和蟹孔饭。
  • 8.这时把炒好的南瓜鸡肉平铺在米饭上面,继续完成余下的时间
  • 9.撒上葱花焖3分钟左右。
  • 10.打卡锅盖,香气扑鼻。
