这个披萨饼底就不说怎么做了,可以参照上一篇辫子面包,这个就是从那面皮中取出做成的,家中有爱吃披萨的就是这样,那家伙一看到我做面包时,就非得让我多做些来做披萨的。说真的,自家做的披萨确实也比外面的要好吃啊。料也足。吃起来就会很想再吃。每次我家那位吃完这么一个,还老说不够吃的。要是一家人都吃,每次我也是挺累的,做好几个都嫌不够。

    Steps to make 培根洋葱披萨

    • 1.烤盘中涂一层黄油。
    • 2.把面坯擀圆状。
    • 3.放入盘中,整理成形。
    • 4.洋葱切圈。
    • 5.培根切片。
    • 6.培根用油煎一下,两面微焦即可。
    • 7.用叉子在面皮上叉些小孔,排气。
    • 8.涂上披萨酱或是番茄酱。
    • 9.铺满芝士起丝。
    • 10.放上洋葱圈。
    • 11.再铺满培根片。
    • 12.上面再撒些芝士起丝和洋葱圈,把剩余的培根也都放上。
    • 13.皮边刷一层蛋液。
    • 14.撒上披萨草。
    • 15.烤箱预热200度,中层,上下火,约烤20分钟左右。注意观察。根据个人烤箱调整。
