Steps to make 东北小鸡炖蘑菇

  • 1.准备食材:小笨鸡(开锅就熟) ,东北榛蘑凉水发好,沥干水分,干粉条,葱姜蒜
  • 2.将鸡斩成块
  • 3.凉水入锅,大火水烧开后,焯水5分钟,再用凉水洗净,葱姜蒜切片
  • 4.干粉条放盆里,开水泡三分钟后,然后再用凉水洗一遍,沥干水分,备用
  • 5.热油下锅,葱姜蒜,花椒面,小红椒,煸香
  • 6.放入焯好的鸡肉,翻炒
  • 7.再放花椒面,花椒粒,大料,酱油,醋,孜然
  • 8.翻炒几分钟,让所有的调料和鸡肉调和入味,炒成金黄色
  • 9.放蘑菇
  • 10.放水,和肉平齐,放盐
  • 11.待肉熟了,放入粉条,小火慢炖
  • 12.待粉条熟了,就可出锅了
