辣炒蚬子

  • 精盐1茶勺
  • 鸡精半茶勺

Steps to make 辣炒蚬子

  • 1.将蚬子倒入盆中,放入清水没过蚬子,加半汤勺精盐,浸泡2个小时,让蚬子吐沙,然后清洗干净。
  • 2.姜切丝、蒜切末、葱切丝、干辣椒切断,装盘备用。
  • 3.锅中倒入清水,烧开后放入蚬子,待蚬子全部张口,捞出沥干水分备用。
  • 4.起锅烧油,加入郫县豆瓣酱小火炒出红油。
  • 5.将油温升至七成热,加入干辣椒翻炒均匀。
  • 6.炒好均匀后,放入、姜丝、蒜末,炒出香味。
  • 7.炒出香味后,放入蚬子大火翻炒。
  • 8.炒出香味后,放入蚬子大火翻炒。
  • 9.翻炒均匀入味后,加入葱丝翻炒两下出锅即可。
  • 10.辣炒蚬子就做好了,是不是都学会了呢,出锅的时候可以闻到椒香味,很浓郁,吃一口,麻辣鲜香,非常入味,感觉非常好吃,我自己一顿能吃一大盆。
