【豆豉辣酱拌莲藕】--- 简单又开胃
因为我特别喜欢吃蔬菜,也喜欢吃辣,所以凉拌是最好的选择,既简单又美味。平日里,我总是拌些土豆、黄瓜、莲藕、海带等,十分的开胃。

  • 莲藕1个,200克
  • 青椒半个
  • 红椒半个
  • 香葱1根
  • 蒜瓣2个
  • 香菜1棵
  • 食盐1.5茶勺
  • 味极鲜1/4汤勺
  • 1/4汤勺
  • 豆豉辣酱2汤勺
  • 白糖1茶勺

Steps to make 【豆豉辣酱拌莲藕】--- 简单又开胃

  • 1.准备原料。
  • 2.莲藕洗净,去皮,切成较小的片,用清水清洗几遍,去掉淀粉。
  • 3.锅中烧开适量水,加入1茶勺的盐,放入藕片煮至断生,然后用凉白开冲洗一遍。
  • 4.藕片捞出,稍沥水份,放入较大的碗中。
  • 5.调入0.5茶勺的盐、1茶勺的糖、1/4汤勺的味极鲜、1/4汤勺的醋和2汤勺豆豉辣酱。
  • 6.搅拌均匀后,放上切好的青、红椒丝,以及葱白段和蒜末,然后起锅烧热适量油至冒烟,浇在上面。
  • 7.最后加入香菜段,淋入几滴香油。
  • 8.拌匀即可盛盘。
