香菇虾盏

Steps to make 香菇虾盏

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.香菇洗净用小刀挖出根部备用
  • 3.虾仁剁成粗粒,胡萝卜切碎,香菇根切碎
  • 4.所有切好的食材倒入容器,加入两茶匙料酒,三分之一茶匙盐,少许鸡粉,姜末
  • 5.朝一个方向拌匀上劲备用
  • 6.将拌好的虾肉馅酿入香菇
  • 7.上锅大火烧开蒸十五分钟
  • 8.取出备用
  • 9.将蒸制过程中多出的汤汁倒入锅里,加入少许盐用少许生粉调成水欠勾欠即可
  • 10.将汤汁再次浇在香菇盏上,撒上葱花即可
  • 11.成品
