椒盐薯条(空气炸锅版)
闲来无事,用空气炸锅搞了个椒盐薯条,刚烤出来还是蛮好吃的,外焦里糯,但是凉了就变潮软了,再加热就不怎么好吃了,所以一次吃多少烤多少。这种干炸的东西,说句老实话,当然没油炸的香,但是少油。所以就看你的诉求,想吃香酥的,还是油炸的好吃,但想少油健康一点的,还是这种干烤的,刚烤出来的还是蛮好吃的。

Steps to make 椒盐薯条(空气炸锅版)

  • 1.土豆削皮切成五六毫米宽的条。如果有水就用厨房纸吸干。
  • 2.土豆条加1点盐,一点五香粉,一点辣椒粉,调料不要太多了,烤糊了会发苦。再加1汤匙油,拌匀。
  • 3.炸篮铺一层锡纸,将土豆条平铺好,尽量不要叠起来。180度先烤10分钟。
  • 4.取出炸篮,将土豆条翻面,再烤5分钟。后面再烤的时间就以5分钟为一次,烤到自己中意的程度。
  • 5.土豆条再翻面,再烤5分钟。烤到自己中意的程度就可以了。
