什锦暖心排骨
排骨做法千千种,我爱原味健康的清炖,可家人口味重,就选择了老家的混菜,浇在大米上那个美啊。
    我饮食追求健康,少油少盐,这次是相对油多了,但比起外面健康很多喔。家人身体比什么都重要。

Steps to make 什锦暖心排骨

  • 1.豆角掰段,其他食材切大块,盐泡几分钟洗净;排骨焯水;
  • 2.油热炸土豆芋头红薯至皮黄脆,出香味,捞出控油
  • 3.下茄子煸炒至软榻
  • 4.下茄子煸炒至软榻
  • 5.调料炸一下捞出;
  • 6.余油下排骨翻炒两三分钟,加入老抽生抽各一勺,冰糖适量,料酒,炸过的调料,继续翻炒
  • 7.加入开水没过排骨,加入年糕(秘密所在)豆角胡萝卜,炖20分钟再加入剩余食材,炖至熟,收汁至黏稠即可,暖身暖心的排骨出锅喽
