在淘宝上兑换了一袋面包粉,加上自己做的蜜枣酱,不用加太多的糖,做的这个面包依然香甜味美,一顿早餐就给消灭光了,可见它受欢迎的程度。

Steps to make 果酱面包

  • 1.除果酱外的所有材料放面包桶内,开启和面程序和成面团饧发至2倍大小
  • 2.将面团取出在操作台上排气分剂,先取一个面剂擀成长条状
  • 3.然后卷起来再擀成长条状(如此操作3遍),其余3个面剂也这样操作
  • 4.然后合成2个面剂,先将其中一个擀成较大的长片
  • 5.抹上果酱(自己做的蜜枣酱很甜的)
  • 6.卷起来
  • 7.另一个面剂也做好,放烤盘里二发
  • 8.二发后表面刷蛋液
  • 9.提前预热烤箱180-200度烤40分钟
  • 10.烤好后取出倒烤网上晾凉
