南瓜,又名番瓜、金瓜、麦瓜、倭瓜,为葫芦科植物南瓜的果实,全国各地均有栽培。
  中医认为,南瓜性味甘、温,归脾、胃经,有补中益气、清热解毒之功,适用于脾虚气弱、营养不良、肺痈、水火烫伤。《本草纲目》言其“补中益气”。南瓜含瓜氨酸、精氨酸、麦门冬素及维生素A、B、C、果胶、纤维素等。南瓜中的果胶能调节胃内食物的吸收速率,使糖类吸收减慢,可溶性纤维素能推迟胃内食物的排空,控制饭后血糖上升。果胶还能和体内多余的胆固醇结合在一起,使胆固醇吸收减少,血胆固醇浓度下降。因而南瓜有“降糖降脂佳品”之誉,患有糖尿病者,常取本品佐餐,不仅可以果腹,而且还可以降糖降脂,可谓一举数得。许多人成天和电脑打交道,难免造成视疲劳。维护眼睛健康,除了用眼卫生外,多食含维生素A丰富的食物,如南瓜,可有效地保护眼睛。南瓜子含有大量磷质,能防止矿物质在体内积聚形成结石,并能维护眼巩膜的坚韧度。所以,常吃炒熟的南瓜子可预防胆结石、防止近视。德国科学家研究发现,经常嚼食南瓜子的民族,很少见有前列腺疾病的发生

    • 1.南瓜、面包糠、鸡蛋、沙拉酱备用。
    • 2.将南瓜切成棍状,长五厘米左右,宽高各一厘米。
    • 3.切好的南瓜条放入沸水中煮。
    • 4.煮到8-层熟,用筷子轻轻的可以插出圆孔,但不会碎掉。
    • 5.煮好的南瓜条拖上蛋液。
    • 6.两面滚满加了适量糖的面包糠。
    • 7.锅内油七层热,将南瓜条入锅。
    • 8.两面金黄捞出控油即可。
    • 9.另配沙拉酱沾食。
