Steps to make 奥尔良汉堡

  • 1.鸡胸肉切片,放入适量奥尔良腌,放冰箱冷藏腌制2小时以上即可。
  • 2.面粉中放入白糖、盐、酵母粉和纯牛奶搅拌均匀,揉成一个面团,再放入黄油继续揉,指导它成为一个较为光滑的面团。可以拉出膜即可。
  • 3.揉好的面团,放入盆中发酵1小时,注意保温。密封好有助于发酵,最好是把蒸锅中倒入适量温水,再把盆子放在蒸架是,盖好盖子进行发酵。这种方法发酵比较快,效果好!不过,夏季就不需要了。
  • 4.发酵好的面成这种蜂窝状即可。
  • 5.发酵好的面排气,揉成圆条,切成6分均等小剂子。揉成圆团,继续发酵10分钟。
  • 6.发酵好的面团放入烤盘,表面刷上蛋黄液,撒上白芝麻。
  • 7.放入烤箱,上下管180度烤20分钟即可。
  • 8.烤好的汉堡胚可以从中间切开备用啦。
  • 9.锅中烧油,低温煎至腌好的鸡胸肉片。煎至焦黄即可。
  • 10.汉堡胚底挤入适量沙拉酱。
  • 11.依次放生菜片,鸡胸肉片。
  • 12.再放入芝士片,番茄片。
  • 13.汉堡胚底部挤上适量番茄酱。
  • 14.美味汉堡完成啦!
