香橙巧克力磅蛋糕

Steps to make 香橙巧克力磅蛋糕

  • 1.黄油室温软化,用刮刀压拌成泥状。
  • 2.筛入糖粉,用打蛋器搅打至颜色发白,体积膨胀。
  • 3.分次加入打散的蛋液,每次添加都要充分的搅打进去,在添加下一次。
  • 4.橙子用盐搓洗干净,沥干取皮。加入5克的白砂糖与橙皮搅拌均匀备用。
  • 5.低粉,可可粉,泡打粉混合筛入黄油糊中,加入融化的黑巧克力,橙子皮,橙汁(橙子酒亦可)压拌均匀。
  • 6.学厨28厘米磅蛋糕模具中放置一张油纸,将面糊放入模具中,将面糊抹至两头高,中间低。烤箱180度烘焙40分钟。
  • 7.出炉后立刻脱模。因为面糊抹至两头高中间低,所以蛋糕会自然裂开。如果抹平的话,需要在20分钟时,在蛋糕中间划口儿方便它开裂。
  • 8.密封保存,回油后味道更佳。
