酱烧比目鱼
比目鱼肉质鲜美,营养丰富,肉多刺少,口感鲜嫩,不加一滴水,直接煎熟,鲜味十足。
比目鱼的鱼肉非常多,鱼刺还比较少,非常适合老人小孩,做法也十分简单,只需要一点点的XO酱以及零添加的特级酱油,无水焖煎,烧好的比目鱼就超级好吃。

  • 鲍鱼干贝xo辣酱30g
  • 植物油1勺
  • 姜丝少许
  • 葱花少许
  • 蒜末少许
  • 花椒少许
  • 香菜1根
  • 细砂糖2勺
  • 味达美清香米醋少许

Steps to make 酱烧比目鱼

  • 1.比目鱼解冻,准备好姜丝、蒜末、葱花。
  • 2.锅内加入一勺植物油热锅。
  • 3.接着加入花椒、姜丝、蒜末炒香。
  • 4.比目鱼平铺至锅内,转成中小火。
  • 5.在比目鱼表面淋上少许的六月鲜特级酱油。
  • 6.再把XO酱铺在比目鱼表面。
  • 7.最后再撒上细砂糖跟味达美清香米醋。
  • 8.盖好锅盖,小火焖煎十分钟左右。
  • 9.最后撒上葱花,转大火继续烧2-3分钟。
  • 10.关火,撒上少许香菜末,我们的酱烧比目鱼就完成了。
